Help! I need any and all the advice I can get...?

Okay, long story short. I have 4 kittens that just turned 8 months old. One (the eldest) had surgery on his eyes a week and ½ ago. He was born with a condition that he couldn’t see but with surgery he would be able to. The other kittens have since turned against him. I have done all I can think to do. I have separated them except at feedings (recommended by the veterinarian) and sprayed him with kitten refreshing spray (I though this would help because he does smell like the vet’s office) but every day that goes by the other kittens get more and more aggressive and I am afraid that they could hurt him. I thought that it could be that he looks a little freaky because they had to shave around his eyes pared with him now being a strange male cat (the vet also explained that the other kittens might think that since he was gone, they would think he was dead, and now he’s come back blah blah blah). I really am at my wits end, and I just not sure what to do now. Help! 10 points to the best answer!
