GUYS AnD ????!!!!! 10 POINTS!!!?

I am 19 dating my 23 year old bf for a year. We both agreed to no premarital . We do other stuff to get us off. It has been since Wednesday that he even touched me....and Friday since I touched him, because on the weekend he chose to do things with family (me and him) rather than do physical things just together, even though i told him over and over how important it is to me!!! WHY does he ignore this??
