I'm going to wear strapless dress for a party but I got this birth mark right on my collar bone,wat shuld ido?

I'm planning to wear a strapless dress for a party, but I got this birth mark right on my collar bone and it is looks like a nasty hickey, I've been wearing high neck dress along this time, and I think it;s time for a change, but this birth mark is just terrible.. what should I do?
