Way too much easter junk?

I feel so gross and guilty its not even funny. I was doing so good, lost 13 lbs last month, and well i think i blew the whole thing this weekened. I ate way too much sugar. I quit smoking a month ago and I know for a fact i put on weight from that. How can i get back on track without feeling so frickin guilty!? I have to get weighed in at the gym on the 15th and im freakin out, lol
