Xbox 360 question.help!!!!!!?

i have rainbowsix vegas and when i got the game and tried to play online it said disc is unreadable. So i swapped that for the same game and it worked fine for 3 months and same thing happend. So i got swapped it again and it is working good but occasionally it is doin the disc unreadable thing.HELP!
