Help what is Winlog.exe?

My flash drive has somthing called winlog.exe i did some reserch and it said that its a virus. it keeps popping up as a windows calander icon and says the name is winlog.exe also with it their is another file called autorun.inf......windows defender keeps telling me everytime i plug it in that a dropper was found can you tell me how to get rid of it?
