Omg!!! is she going to need those repaired or what?

My daughter is 7yrs old and has lost her 2top teeth and 4bottom both in front. but today i noticed that the first molar from the front to the back on the left side , has a hole in it. Im takin her to the dentist on saturday but im super scared because i have dentures due to tooth decay,
