Im 24 yrs old if i have a few friends over that are 19 and im drinkin beer?

but for some reason maybe noise being to loud someone calls the cops can i get in trouble for having minors over while im drinkin my beer that i rightfully paid for. and that there not drinkin might i add (cause i know if they were drinkin i would be screwed)
