Are there any home kits for body wraps where u lose inches on waist etc?

When I went to basic, there was this chick that put preparation H all over her trouble spot and tightly wrapped it in saran wrap. supposedly it takes out the puffiness from the trouble areas like it does with the hemmeroids. IT also works for the bags under the eyes. Good luck and if you find something that works for sure, let me know! :)
