Physicists, a question about a theory of time?

This is not physics, this is maybe metaphysics or philosophy. Physics is the attempt to organize our knowledge about how the universe works into mathematical equations THAT CAN BE TESTED. If a theory makes a statement and that very same theory says cannot be tested, then its not a physical theory, its junk at worst, and philosophy at best. You can get a clue as to what this is when he says he is no scientist or mathematician, yet he believes that string theory is "over-thought". He admits he does not understand it, yet he pes judgement on it! Any true scientist will ask - what phenomenon can I predict with this new theory that existing theories cannot?. The answer is, of couse, absolutely none. I repeat, its not science. This guy should buckle down and study science, making very sure not to lose that critical and inquisitive attitude of his. Every great scientist, every one, has learned much of the relevant science of their day first before letting loose their lightning bolts. Einstein said "If I see so far it is because I stand on the shoulders of giants". This guy needs to do some shoulder climbing before he can really see a truth that has eluded every one else.
