Anyone else feel gerber goodstart is mystery formula?

I am sooo tired of these people I have to sift through my daughters formula before I can make her a bottle. I have found "burnt particles", a hair, something that looked like a bug it had legs! of course they said it was a "burnt particle" and now I found a chunk of green paper in my daughters formula. I call and complain and they test the samples and send me free formula but I'm wondering does anyone else have this much trouble with their formula?
