Does Anyone Know the Name of This Movie?

I was wondering if anyone knew the name of this movie which is an older witch movie with a girl that comes to a new school and rescues a guy on the first day from being beat up and then walks by all of these lockers and they close. there is also about a curse in the house she lives in, a book, a cresent moon birthmark, and guys in black robes thingeys...if you know the title of the movie please share because i have been trying to figure out the movie for like 2 years at the least...thank you in advance, by the way i saw it on TNT a couple years back. And at the end you figure out that the boy she rescued was actually the guy in a black robe killing people that he thought were witches or something rather. Please Answer...I am Desperate to know.
