I'm having Severe abdominal and rectum pains after l .What is the cause?

Two nights ago my bf and I had and I had stabbing pains in my abdomen and rectum afterwards, I could barely move without screaming for about the next hour. Last night after , the same thing happened except for I still have the pain in the morning and it is worse. It even hurts to p gas. I'm a women who can take pain, but this really has me worried.I don't have any odors, or irregular discharge, nor history of cysts. Does anyone have any ideas or similar experiences?
