Pokemon g/s/c...finding shiny pokemon?

I made a theory, not saying it is true. I noticed that the shiny version of pokemon appear randomly at locations where they nest and/or are abundant. I found a drowzee inthe middle of a nest location where they constantly appeared and nothing else...
