What's a good resource to learn about the film business?

So, you've got the talent, you've got the money, you've got the ruthless drive . . . but you don't know much at all about show business. Where do you go? What do you read? I've found the book "Acting A to Z" helpful in this regard, but I'm looking for some new material.
