Valid Driver's license in South Carolina. What Is required for a motorcycle permit at the DMV?

I have a Valid Automobile Driver's license in South Carolina. I am considering getting a motorcycle permit. I know I have to take a knowledge test, but at the DMV do I still need to bring all the Proof of residency Insurance and Social Security Stuff, or does the Drivers License for my car already count as validation for all of it?
